New features in EVDB

We've been working on a bunch of new things in EVDB . . . including time zone support for events:

Among other things, a completely revamped add-new-event feature, and also the ability now (finally!) to edit events that you've created. You can also withdraw events if necessary.

Tons and tons more stuff coming. This is just the tip of the tip of the iceberg :-)
