Jumbo Jets for Jumbo Fires

What has four engines and 24,000 gallons of tank space for fighting fires? An
Evergreen International Aviation specially-outfitted 747 firefighting machine, of course. That's two hundred thousand pounds of water. Question is, can a 747 maneuver like one of the smaller tankers, and not
break up in flight from the sheer stress of G forces?
